Once again, the club will be participating in the annual sports exchange between Basingstoke and Euskirchen. This will be our 10th exchange with the Tangun Euskirchen Taekwondo Club, and is sure to be a lively and interesting weekend of seminars, competition and social activities. Attendees will be staying with members of the Euskirchen Club. The schedule is- | 14th February | Deposit to be paid | | 30th April | Final balance due |

The cost of the trip will be £120. A deposit of £30 will be needed no later than the 14th February with the balance payable by the 30th April. Numbers will be limited with a minimum age of 10 and grade of 6th Kup/Green Belt. This is a ‘sports exchange’ and therefore all attendees will be expected to participate in the competition. Juniors will be expected to compete in both poomsae and sparring, and adults will be expected to compete in at least one of the disciplines. If over-subscribed, first preference will go to those who either hosted or participated in the 2009 Festival of Sport. Booking forms are available from instructors and at Essex Road.
