On the 22nd November, James Dinsdale successfully passed his 1st dan grading after 6 years of training with OBTKD.

The grading was held in Southampton under a grading panel consisting of Grandmaster Lindsay Lawrence, Grandmaster Mark Biddlecombe, Master Graham Jones and Master Mick King.

James was tested on all aspects of his Taekwondo including poomsae, 1-step, self-defence, sparring, multi-partner sparring and breaking.  After this tough review, it was then a pleasure to see James awarded his black belt by Grandmaster Lawrence.
